ReFuel Washougal Board
Ever since moving to Washougal 5 years ago, Robert has been an active part of the community. Besides ReFuel, he serves on the C W Chamber board and the Unite! Washougal Leadership.
When he is not volunteering, Robert enjoys riding his motorcycle, hiking the beautiful Columbia River Gorge and spending time with family and friends, and of course working his day job as Pastor of St Matt's Lutheran Church.
Ann works for the Washougal School District and has deep roots within the community through her work with Unite! Washougal and Washougal Business Association. She is also and Advisor with the CCSO Explorer program. She moved here in 2003 with her husband and two boys that have both graduated from Washougal High School. She wants to help community members in need through her work with ReFuel Washougal.
Leann, a lifelong resident and graduate of Washougal High School, works at
iQ Credit Union. Her educational accomplishments include an Associate's degree in Accounting and a diploma from Western CUNA Management School, a powerful development program for credit union professionals.
Her purpose for Refuel is to create a stronger community for her family and friends.
Dominique went exploring one afternoon and found Washougal. She fell in love with the city and that evening told her husband that she knew where they were going to live. They moved here in the fall of 2011 and have enjoyed every minute. She works for the Washougal School District as a custodian.
When not at work she likes to sew, play outside in the garden and cook. She enjoys serving others whenever she has the chance; she loves working with ReFuel and getting to know the other board members as well as the wonderful patrons of ReFuel.
Rose joined the City in 1997, working in Community Development through 2011, at which time she became the Assistant to the City Administrator and Mayor. She is a graduate of the Sharon Lance School of Business and has certifications through Community Mediation Services (CMS) and the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI). Her mission is to create a cohesive relationship between local government and the community it serves.
Traci works at the Washougal Community Library. She came to Washougal seeking a community to be involved in. She found ReFuel and is excited to join such a great team of individuals.
She and her family enjoy camping both near and far.
Traci has also been a Montessori teacher and Real Estate Appraiser during her working career.

AJ started volunteering at an early age and has been at it for over 50 years.
At 19, he was the youngest Board member ever for the New Mexico Zoological Society.
He has worked as a police officer, firefighter, and medic. He has worked for 911 as well.
AJ is co-owner of Smoking BBQ Buds and runs the NW Alternative Med Clinic.
His hobbies include cooking and teaching cooking classes, hot-rods and classic cars, and good beer.

Fran began community volunteering as a child alongside of her mother in Richardson, Texas and hasn’t stopped. She has her Bachelor's degree in Business/Operations Management and Cost Accounting.
In the summer of 2011, she and her family were transferred to the PNW and in 2014 they settled in Washougal.
She also volunteers her time as a reading buddy at Hathaway Elementary School and as the outreach coordinator for “Backpack Friday” at St Anne’s Episcopal Church.
Fran enjoys learning about the beautiful PNW, her new home, gardening, cooking, cross stitch, sewing, and spending time with family and friends.
Margaret works as a drug-free community grant coordinator. She raised three children in this wonderful community and wants to help make our home a place in which everyone has access to the resources that he or she need in order to thrive. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis.
Margie was born in South Dakota and moved here at age six. She is a graduate of Camas High School and has always been a volunteer. She states that she “got that from my dad”, he was always helping someone and encouraged us to do the same.
She has been active in the community and was a Girl Scout Leader for over 10 years. She also heads up the Festival of Trees committee and has been on the ReFuel Board for the past few years.
